At Thought Clothing, we want you to love your sustainable pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure alternative, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.
Affix the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any old delivery stickers.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
